I hit level 14 at the completion of the end of the Firebreathers, and checked out the schematics options on the computer. I received some mod plans supposedly. I then leveled up, adding a point to intel (total of 6) and then grabbed gunsmith 3 perk.
When I went to the weapons bench, I was missing any options to make non-pipe firearms. Previously I had at least pump shotguns, 10mm submachine gun, short hunting rifle.
Has anyone seen this happen before?
