[2019] BUG? Seemingly 0 rad resistance whatsoever

I’d been noticing recently that I’m taking a ridiculous amount of rad damage from practically everything (ie 10 rads constantly in water) whereas I never used to.

So I decided to actually look at my stats.

I’m currently showing as DR @ 314, ER @ 320, and nothing showing at all for RR.

I already know about the bugged RR effect and it’s not that.

My armour pieces/ under armour offer some RR, but they don’t seem to actually be showing up... Any advice?? :/
