Hopefully my account age, post history, and OG Tricentennial buyer will help lend myself some credibility.

I'm coming back to the game after a long break, just before the actual Sheepsquatch was apparently released. I immediately started a new character for a little, but decided I wanted to try the Vault raids. I loaded into my main character, got everything started, and as it loaded up I blue screened. OK, no big deal, it happens. Restarted PS4, it has a long think about things, restart Fallout 76 when it comes back, and try to reload my original character. The game starts to load, but disconnects. Every. Time. I can log into my other characters and create new ones perfectly fine, but my original character is inaccessible...

This character is my primary, I have hundreds of hours poured into it, with nearly every plan unlocked, and the thought of losing everything is soul crushing. I've defended this game at length with friends and fellow students at Uni, converting at least a dozen to full time or part time players, some of which poke their heads in and out of this subreddit too. I've since seen some posts of Vault raids losing inventory, but this takes it to such an extreme level. What can I do, is there anything I can do? Is there some kind of account transfer possible for my items to a new character? I don't even care about the levels or maxed caps, I want to save my items, recipes, and plans. I've never felt so heart broken over a video game before.

Sorry, how do I do that? I've seen people post about Bethesda's helpdesk, but I'm not sure if I have it right.

Is it just https://help.bethesda.net/app/incident10 ?
