Ever since Wastelanders dropped there is two bugs me and plenty of other players are experiencing. I have taken a few videos of said bugs so hopefully Bethesda can take care of them.
The Stealth Bug, for some reason now some NPC'S are just instantly noticing me. Sometimes I go from Hidden straight to danger, don't even see the caution sign. Most the time it happens though is when I'm in cation and they'll just notice me as if I have my pip boy light on. (And no, I don't have it on, I made sure of it. You can see in the third clip I switch my light on and off to show that it was initially off.) With at least 4 pieces of Unyielding and below 20% health and max sneak perks, nothing should be noticing me this fast. Plus lots of players are reporting that escape artist just straight up doesn't work most of the time. Being a stealth bloodied build this is pretty game breaking for me as you can imagine. (That last clip is a perfect example... I'm on a roof, at night time, using a silencer, while cloaked, max sneak, very high special stats... and the ghouls still noticed me instantly.)
The Vats Bug, There is a several things wrong with vats at the momment.
1) First issue would be the rubber banding health bars. As you can tell from the first few clips the health bars will either deplete completely and then restore back to full health (An issue that used to only plague shotguns, now after Wastelanders it happens to all guns... please look into the shotguns as well Bethesda, they've been bugged for way too long.), or my bullets will hit them and I'll get damage numbers showing I've clearly hit them, yet they take no damage. And before anybody asks, no. This is not an issue with my Internet, my Internet is fine. I never had issues with this before Wastelanders and nothing has changed about my Internet since then, so the issue is definitely not on my side. Something added in Wastelanders is causing this. The thing where they'll get shot and take no damage will happens outside of vats often too.
2) Second issue is Concentrated fire is now broken. Vats will say 95% chance to hit and it'll miss every bullet in the mag at times. I've got a B3325 Handmade Rifle, with that extra hit chance I should not be missing that many bullets, it's impossible I've landed on that 5% chance to miss that many times.
3) Third issue is vats will cancel even though the target is alive and I've got plenty of AP left. This one is very annoying because every time it force closes vats it resets concentrated fire.
These issues have been happening ever since Wastelanders dropped, and tonight they're all happening at once all throughout the night. At this point 76 is just no longer playable for me, I'm a Bloodied Sneak build with a vats weapon, so with Vats AND Stealth being so bugged out like this, it's very hard to fight anything and it's so frustrating. At this point this is just a plea for Bethesda to hammer these issues out.
