[2021] Is there a level cap in 76?

XP UI bug During double XP my friend got this bug where the level up UI displays on the screen with every kill. He is attempting to reach level 10,000 but says this bug is noisy and distracting. Has anyone seen this bug or has any idea how to fix it? He has tried leveling up another character, loading his character on another PlayStation, trying to play in adventure, private, worlds & the bug still persists. It appears like the number of experience points is correct but is subtracted from this long number displayed on the screen. It looks like a count down. He submitted a trouble ticket already which is why I come to you. This is my friend in Japan. He doesn’t speak English & asked me to reach out to you for help.
