On PS4 -I’ve reinstalled - deleted save data - de fragged and done the update since but can’t use the game at all.

I have googled and tried every solution (on here and other sites) Nothing has fixed it. I am totally locked out of the game and around 100 hours of play time.

This happened before the latest update fyi.

I first had an issue of not being able to sign in unless I closed the game and restarted it about 10 days ago. After the 3rd restart it would typically sign in and I thought it was a PS4 server issue perhaps.

But for the last 4 days (since Sunday I think) I have not been able to sign in at all.

I can play every other online game.

I’ve tried to fix it more than I care to admit) I have three characters and can’t even select which one to try and log in with.

I have deleted and reinstalled the whole game. Moved it from extended storage to system. I have initialised the PS4 and also de fragged it.

I’ve seen people on here say they have had this issue but most posts don’t offer a conclusion or remedy, people seem to just give up, or maybe found a fix and didn’t update.

Please can we upvote this so a Bethesda community manager might at least see it.

I really don’t want to believe the game is just bugged for me and doesn’t work at all? Is my only option a refund?

This sucks because I’ve not even completed the story or main missions. I’m so confused why this bug exists.

Any help or visibility is appreciated.

Filing a ticket is the best way to go, that error means something is blocking your connection to the servers. Our support team will respond to you with some troubleshooting steps to help! :)

I don't believe you get a confirmation email, however you can log into the help site and click "My Tickets" in the top right to see the ticket number and status and any replies on it there.
