[2021] Getting all Pepper Shaker Perk cards Equipped.

This requires a team sharing cards. Basically each member of a team can share one of the rank 3 cards(heavy gunner, master shotgunner, etc.) to get the max +120% damage. This requires 9 points in charisma (does not count legendary perks). So each player (on a full cookie cutter team) would only have to have 9 strength dedicated to these cards, two cards for themselves and one to share.
