[2019] We need am official statement, if the Vault Raids are safe now

We all know what happened. Some users have lost their complete inventory after they went in the Vault 94 and something went wrong. As far as I know one of them is confirmed to have his inventory back, after all the public discussion. But Bethesda still hasn't announced a bug fix. I read all the patchnotes and every news and follow every other announcement. I haven't found a fix. I just read a statement in the community forum, that they improved something and hope this helps. Didn't sound to me, like the issue was clearly addressed and fixed.

So, are the Vault Raids safe now, Bethesda ?
