Just went and bout the hazmat suit plan, read it and it's not available to craft. It's gone from my inventory also. There goes 950ish caps.

External link →Thank you for posting about this, we are aware of an issue causing the hazmat suit to be uncraftable and are working on a fix. Once that fix is in place, you will be able to craft it off the plan you already purchased and learned from the vendor and won't need to get it again.
