[2019] PA Frame Gone Left My Character Over Encumbered

I just launched the game and found out the extra PA frames are gone and I’m left carrying all the PA parts. One of my characters was carrying all my beautiful PA collection on frames, now since the frames are gone, she’s all of a sudden over encumbered beyond max weight limit so now I need to destroy my PA collection? Since dropping items is now allowed.
