[2020] I suddenly have 5k more Atoms than before?

Yesterday I logged in to see what the Atom Store had to offer and I bought the bridge - leaving me with 240 Atoms. I logged in several hours later and had 5240 Atoms. I did not buy any and my FO1st doesn't renew till Friday and never for that many Atoms. There is NO CLEAR AREA on the Support Site for this so I had to submit it into the Feedback area and I don't think it will be addressed. Anyone else have this happen? I am posting here because the support site is a black hole.

Where/how do I submit a ticket for this issue? (Will tag Community Managers in comments)
