During the quest from Russia with Lev he talked about a guy named Rocco who sold informations about Foundation to Lev's group. Now I got the option to find Rocco.
And here's the problem: I can't enter the boat rental. I restarted the game, but it didn't work.
I really love playing Fallout 76, but those bugs make it really hard.
