Is it just me or is vats now completely broke. Seems since that last little update 4 out of 5 shots miss at 95% even. It seemed silly before when every 1/6 vats shots missed at 95%, but now it's just crazy I am lucky if 2 out of my 5 shots hit with my lever IN vats.
