Looted a Bloodied/Explosive/250 DR while reloading Light Machine Gun today. Was super excited because I'd been wanting to try one. I nuked the queen literally right after getting it to test it out. After burning 3000 Ultracite .308 rounds I realized I wasn't doing the damage I should be. I had mods enabled so floating text was disabled so it took a while to notice. This is the test in action with damage numbers. The Bloodied damage boost seems to get disabled on a reload.
