[2019] [PS4] Map briefly displays dark band

After pressing options to display the map there is a momentary display of a darker band that occupies the lower 20% or so of the screen. It's almost as though the game thinks some kind of panel needs to be displayed and then thinks better of it. It's a minor issue, but is made more irritating by the frequency the map is required. This appears new with update 1.19.
