So uh, I found a vulture nailed to the cliffs at Senca Rock. I'm sure lots of people have, but I think this is foreshadowing. Remember before Sheepsquatch dropped and they added some events and locations where you could hear him screaming and find quills? Or the Grafton pawn shop stuff leading up to wastelanders? And the vault 51 overseer's notes scattered around before Nuclear Winter dropped?
This is what's been dubbed a "vulture" by dataminers, it's basically an old scrapped alpha model for a scorchbeast. I'm not sure if there's animation rigging or not for it, but I think it's corpse being here is foreshadowing. Think of this: The Thunderbird. Thunderbirds are, aside from a cheesy early 2000s movie, cryptids that have been spotted all over the US. Famously in Pennsylvania, to my knowledge. Now, in West Virginia there's the legend of the Thunderbird of Owl Mountain. The story says this thing carried off a little girl and her dog, then tore apart a little boy. Basically, they're giant birds often described like hawks, crows, or *vultures.* I think we might be getting another cryptid soonish (like after May, probably.)
