[2019] [BUG] Need help, stuck in power armor, pipboy is unavailable

As title says I entered my power armor on two separate accounts on two different characters. Each time I've gotten stuck in it. Both characters are essentially lost at the moment as I can't access their pip boys and equip/unequip items.

Ive put in a support ticket 3 days ago with no reply yet. Ive restarted multiple times and have tried different things to get out.

This started 3 days ago when I found a random power armor out in the world and thought it'd be fun to get in it just for one of my high level mules to get stuck. I thought surely it couldn't transfer over to a different account and sure enough when I entered on another account same bug.

I can turn on my pip boy light but I can't access it. I can run around and fast travel still. Im just stuck in this power armor.

If I try to enter photo mode it says its currently unavailable and to wait for the power armor transition to finish. So I'm guessing it's stuck in the animation loop somehow?
