[2020] Friendslist gone since yesterday

Hello my fellow vault dwellers!

I have a little problem i hope some of you encountered before and can help me with a solution. Since yesterday evening my whole friendslist is gone. I saw this happen before a longer time ago and it always fixed itself with relogging.

But this time it seems it doesnt. There were at least 8 hours between my last logins and its still gone. Can anybody help?

Edit: There seems to be something royally f*cked. I just entered the same server with my second acc (who i know i should have in my friendslist) and tried to fast travel to my main. It told be thats not possible. Also i tried to befriend him again and the message on the right showed the "sent friends request" message with a nickname i never saw. Wtf is this sh*t?
