[2021] Gauss shotgun bugging out sprint, reload, and d-pad when not fully loaded.

Running daily ops and kept having all my controls bug out and they'd stay that way until I opened the pip-boy. I could jump and move but not sprint. I couldn't use stims (which really sucked) and couldn't reload. Wasn't sure what to do but realized it didnt happen on a full magazine and could quick fix by opeming pipboy. So ground it out and then left the server thinking the daily op bugged but it kept happening randomly whenever the mag wasnt full. After testing other guns and melee can confirm its so far just the gauss shotty. Anyone else noticing this or any other guns with same bug?
