[2021] Anyone's max carry weight go down today?

My carry weight has been /335 for the longest time, and it was today. I logged off for a little bit and when I got back on I was over encumbered, which was weird. So I checked my carry weight and it now says /315. WTF? All my armor is on and my high capacity backpack, I changed nothing!

I can't say for sure, but this might be related to the below change. Is there anything to suggest that your "new" carry weight is incorrectly calaculated?

Carry Weight: The carry weight displayed in the Pip-Boy is now consistent with the player’s actual carry weight.
