[2020] Why is Bethesda re-realising the tricentennial pack?

I preordered the tricentennial edition of fallout 76 in 2018 and now they are realising it as a pack? Why is that? Why are they bring back a pack, that was for those who preordered the tricentennial edition. Please tell me if you know. Thanks in advance.

Hi, as others have mentioned this isn't a new addition and has been available for quite a while. It's leaving next week, so we're highlighting it in case anyone wants to pick it up at the last minute before it's gone.
