[2019] Perk Loadout Manager not working with Nuclear Winter Update.

Just a heads up, if you use this Mod it will no longer work after you update.

I've posted the issue to the Dev(s) of the Mod via NexusMods and will update if I hear anything back.

It is unclear at this time if this was intentional or accidental.
