[2019] Bug after update : OOB and swimming through everything

I downloaded the update, connected to a server. Passed through a lot of OOB and died, and after a few fast travel I found myself swimming through everything :

Happily enough the update was delayed to remove bugs :p

I restarted the game entirely 3 times, still no luck.

We have identified an issue where characters may fall through the world as a result of modifying .ini files. To rectify this issue, we recommend restoring these files to their original state.
