[2020] Charged over 14 times for my fallout first. Any help?

I'll start with yes I know i'm a freakin idiot. Toxic bethesda hate aside, I really was looking forward to, and holding out hope for, elder scrolls 6.

Been a Bethesda fan since I got morrowind on xbox. Fallout has been decent, despite bugs I've really gotten into 76. I usually only play videogames every couple days or so, but I've become almost addicted, binging days at at time. So a few months ago I got into fallout first. Last month the charge overwithdrew my account, but I accepted it. I forgot to budget for it, that was on me. So last week I knew I had the money and bought next month early to get ahead of it. Cut to yesterday, go to pay my electric only to be told my account is empty. Apparently I bought like 16 months of first at $14 a pop. PS Customer service refers me to Bethesda. Bethesda says it's a no go. I understand there is a no refunds policy, but this is clearly an error. Why pay monthly when you can do yearly at a discounted rate?

I know some bethesda agents browse here, any help is appreciated.

I have already talked with my bank, and can get a refund, I don't mind the wait. But I'd prefer not to walk away from both Elder Scrolls, and gaming in general. But tbh, spending my money playing pool with friends or snowboarding more isn't all that bad anyway.
