After trying the raids last night with my regular crew I had myself a good think. I will say straight up, they are fun. No doubt they are fun and the endgame difficulty we have been looking for.

That said I have a sharp criticism of the risk/reward ratio. As it currently stands the generic rewards are not equivalent to the resource investment in the current state. The raid specific rewards, while nice, are somewhat niche and are devalued by being unable to be moved between other players, let alone characters on the account.

Proposed Solutions:

  • A balance pass of rewards, others have already reports unacceptable loot table bugs.
  • Possibly increasing the experience rewards from the enemies in the raid, perhaps maybe a few more legendary monsters.
  • Allow trading of the event specific rewards.
  • Add packages of disposable rewards in addition to the raid rewards (stacks of stims, chems, ammo) to offset some of the heavy expenditure. Not too much, this should be a resource sink.

Thoughts? Inevitable downvotes? Bueller? Bueller?
