Getting an error message every time I try to log in via browser and make a ticket (I have tried using Chrome, Opera + on laptop, desktop and phone + on three different internet providers). It fails at different stages of the support process all the way from clicking on the support link to trying to choose ticket category.

The issue is a bug where when I logged in, I saw erroneous 'FREE' tags on the store and thought there was some surprise giveaway in the store. After quickly selecting a few things I realized EVERYTHING in the store was tagged FREE which is impossible and it must be a bug. I had 4090 atoms saved and clicking supposedly FREE stuff made me inadvertently spend all the way down to 390. I need to revert these purchases, but I have been trying since the 22nd of August and I can't contact Bethesda. I have googled for a support email, [email protected] , but no response.

Is there any confirmed email address that I can send an email to for support/ticket?

Edge = same problem.
