[2019] Does Anyone at Bethesda actually Care about Individual Characters?

I got on today to find that Another one of weapons just up and disappeared when I logged on today.

Considering it was a Legendary Gatling Laser, I obviously cannot outright go out and find another willie-nillie.

I'm going to put a support ticket in, but I feel my best option is just buying from the community.

Do they actually care at Bethesda?

*Edit- Fun Fact, apparently a Legendary Gatling Laser is worth 120K, as that's the lowest price I've been offered by over ten people now.
