I completed it once so far on my heavy gunner but 3 for 3 on my tesla boy aslong as one of these cute broken creatures are selected to be a target of the “Eliminate group” objective its just a hard lock.

As an update on this, we are temporarily going to disable the Mothman Cultist encounter group in Daily Ops while we work to resolve the issue. As a result, today's Daily Op will choose another enemy group at random for the rest of the day. Thank you again for your reports, we'll get this fixed up and bring back the Cultists as soon as we can.
