[2020] I have been given atoms I did not pay for AGAIN.

I'm simply posting this because I am taking no risks after having my account banned for this reason even after reporting all 3 instances to Bethesda Support. I want to make sure this issue is fully documented so it can be seen everywhere by the powers to be in case I get another email saying I was banned.

I again reported this instance on their website and sent them a tweet just in case.

And a minor suggestion, Bethesda support page should have a section 'other' for reporting these issues. The reason why my last report didn't get the attention was due to a failure for them to see my reported issue in the wrong section. There is no section for this type of issue and I'm forced to pick something close (refund atoms section).
