[2019] BUG: ATOM Store Hero of the Wasteland statue is bugged: It constantly says "item is in use" and cannot be moved/repaired/used at all

Hi,

as the title text says, as of 2 patches ago the Hero of the Wasteland Statue from the ATOM store was broken

I cannot move or use my statue now, its just says "this item is in use" but noone is around or using it

I cant move it!

At one of my CAMPS it got destroyed due to player vending having enemies spawn each time someone visits your CAMP, and now i cant even repair it! so it is just taking up CAMP budget...

I hope someone at Bethesda can acknowledge this is a known bug and they are going to fix it, the statue cost a lot of ATOMs for it to just break..

usually when there are issues with ATOM store stuff they fix it super fast, so hopefully the ATOM Store team gets wind of this
