[2020] Ok Bethesda...how bout the spooky noise machines and fog machine being on the same budget?

I literally save my atoms up most of the year for October because I LOVE Halloween, and Halloween on FO76. Why are the smoke machine and spooky noise machine considered the same type of item? Why can't we have both? Was going to make a Haunted House!
