Steel Dawn arrived and with it came new plans in the Daily Ops. Lots of farming and fun BUT... there is a huge problem with one of the plans:
Plan: Poodle Sleeping Bag
It looks like a mistake but to get this plan, you have to be under level 50 and the odds on Elder are 0.32%. This has to be unintentional and the reality is that this plan is unobtainable for many.
Bethesda, please fix.
