[2019] Back to basic quest bug and issue

I was doing the back to basic quest line from inside the enclave bunker. I expected to complete and proceed onto the next step of the questline. What actually happened was nothing. Yup that’s right nothing. Modus didn’t say anything when I entered into the room of the military wing. The objective is still “Visit the military wing” even though I already have. I walked in and out of the room, hopped to a different server, and restarted my PS4. Nothing changed and still have been stuck on this for days without any workarounds. I would greatly appreciate any help, it sucks not being able to progress at all.
