[2022] If you're trying to complete The Lowe-Down in 2022, Klein's notes are no longer in a patrol car on the East of Lewisburg.

They're on a roof. I was very confused watching YouTube videos, restarting my game, verifying my files via Steam.

Turns out it's on the roof of the building across from the taxidermist. There's a glass hut on the top.

My guess is they removed the cars from Lewisburg and updated the text, but forgot to update the quest dialogue.
