External link →Yes, it seems the Scrap Box is not currently available when you claim the Fallout 1st Preview, and we're working on adding it as soon as we can. In the meantime, you can still use the pre-placed Scrap Box that's found in the Survival Tent. Apologies for the inconvenience. We're working on it!
