[2021] One of my characters can't connect to the servers while it still can join the nuke winter. What's the problem?

Somehow, my level 838 character can't connect to servers whenever I click the play button. Then it starts to load and just shows ‘disconnected from server’. However, my other 4 characters on the same account can successfully connect. The last thing I was doing before this bug is building my second camp and I built around 30 weapon racks. After I decided to switch to the full-screen mode, I restarted the game and suddenly this character can't connect to the servers.

And I highly suspect this has something to do with the weapon rack cause I just received a message from one fallout 76 player where he has the same issue and he was building some display models before his character can't connect the server.
