[2020] Suspended... SE Support are useless

I got suspended upon entering Shirogane earlier on today and found it rather suspect. I got an email later saying it was for RMT reasons when I have a little less than 5million to my name. I tried contacting support and they said they can do nothing about it yet being 100% certain this is a bug.

I'm extremely unhappy about this and I don't think SE will be getting another penny from me from the Cash Shop items as this is mistreatment.
