In case anyone else is still waiting for it to be shipped, I finally got an answer from SE concerning mine. (This is regarding the German/EU store specifically, so maybe not accurate for everyone.)

First mail I received said my order had been cancelled by SE. Then came the support's answer - they overselled (again) on the pre-orders, so they have to cancel every order that hasn't been shipped yet. No waiting list as they won't get more stock.

Isn't that a slap in the face of a customer.
