[2020] Power outages makes your ps4 to redownload the game

I would like to point out about the bug/error that occurs when there is an electricity or power outage/blackout and you are playing the game. After turning your ps4 system back on and reopening FFXIV: Stormblood, the game would actually start a download of almost 23gb, the whole game. Basically it's redownloading the client for no reason, and no, it's not an issue with ps4 manufacturers or something because it never happened before the expansion, which means that for some reason if you get a power outage the ps4 system will corrupt the data of FFXIV, and it will redownload the game once the client is open. Please fix this issue as you may know that some players experience power outages commonly and it is really frustrating to have to download the whole game over and over everytime it happens.
