Hello, I have a problem because I do not receive experience or items after the match is over, there is a server error and I should receive them later. Unfortunately, I don't keep them, I also have additional experience turned on and it is every time I join a match as if I never finished any fight until the end but was disconnected from the server every time

I am afraid we will not be able to recover any lost XP or rewards from matches which ended early due to connectivity-related problems. That said, we do have some steps available that may help optimize your connection. I have also just looked into it from my end, and I can confirm that as of 13:51 PM BST on the 26th of April, that all of our For Honor servers and services are running as intended. Could you please run through our connectivity troubleshooting in this article and ensure you have completed all the steps. These steps can help rule out many of the common causes for connectivity-related issues, and these steps will help optimize your connection.
