Battlepass glitched and not working

So i bought both Battle Passes but i only recieved the new one and not the legacy one. Does anyone have a solution to fix this? Im on Playstation.

And also if there is nothing i can do about it on my console do you know if Ubisoft can add it to my account if they get proof of purchase? Because it says its bought on my playstation but its not activated so dont know if Playstation can help me.
