Does anyone know how to register for Friend of Foe? And whether or not it’s open to console?

I’m not exactly a comp player or anything but I’ve been gm a couple of times so I thought it could be fun to duo up with my master friend. I’ve gone to battlefly and couldn’t find anything to fill out even after making an account. Any help would be greatly appreciated, love to all of you who at least read the post <3
