[2021] Yet even more shinobi bugs

So I don't how but there are now even more bugs for shinobi, at this point I've lost count of how many bugs this hero has that have been left unaddressed for over a year but I digress, this hero is so far down the tier list that even the camera is joining in because about 40% of the time his camera sinks into ground when throwing ranged heavies, another 40% of the time there is either no animation or a broken animation. I also experienced deflecting a hitokiri just for there to be no followup teleport behind her. Also I haven't been keeping up with patch notes but did the damage of sharpen blade get nerfed cuz it felt very underwhelming.
