[2020] [PC] [Bug/Glitch]My character is shaking when moving

There is a bug where your character is shaking intensely when moving. It does not occur on my desktop but on my laptop it occurs when I have any type of V-sync on. Without V-sync on I can still notice the character shaking but not as intense. I have a solid 70 fps on my laptop on extreme whereas I have 144+ fps on my desktop. My laptop screen has a refresh rate of 144Hz and my desktop monitor too. If my fps is above 144 on my laptop the character will not shake. Is there a way to fix this without switching to low in settings and disabling V-sync? I cannot record it because it is not visible in recordings.

Update: Well, now I cannot notice any shaking when V-sync is turned off. Bug solved .
