Iv brought it off psn but still says its locked not sure if anyone els has had the same issue.

This issue was fixed yesterday, so if you haven't had a chance to do so yet, fire up your games and let me know if you're able to unlcok/play Kyoshin. If not, I'll send this thread over to Ubisoft Support for further assistance.
