[2021] [PC] [Accessibility]Why did i recieve a Russian version of the game from Uplay

I acquired the game when it was for free on Uplay, now, when i tried to download and play the game for the first time, I found out there was already 1h30mins of playtime, despite me never installing the game, and when i launch the game it is in Russian, with the only other option being Chinese. I do not live in those regions and do not understand why i can't play the game in English, especially when i chose English as the installation language, and I play other Ubisoft games I own in English. How can this problem be fixed? Ideally my For Honor account being deleted because of an account breach, or at least allow me to play in English. What is the point in giving away a game for free when you won't let me play it in a language i understand?
