[2020] Matt (ubi-insulin) does not feel like part of the community

It seems Matt exclusively reports on bugs, or questions pertaining to or near content drops, or sometimes he'll even respond to a m e m e :O. He's like an uncle you only see on the holidays. Don't wanna pull the pope card again but he was very vocal, very involved, and would respond to so many good ideas, suggestions, and concerns from the community about more than just technical issues when we weren't near content drops. If Matt left today and was replaced by another community manager he wouldn't get anywhere near the send-off Eric Pope got. I know it likely isn't his fault but I feel it's a symptom of Ubisoft-grade radio silence....
