Hello! My name is Mr.Sheep also known as MrSheepLive, i did really not want to make this post but i am kinda on my last legs here. Ubiosft keeps on throwing me aside and not wanting to help or give an explanation about why it's only me that is not getting the rewards as promised.
Let me explain the sitiuation.
I have streamed 106,5 hours during the last twitch drops. One of the streams was 34 hours straight with no sleep, on average 14 hours daily. I calculated and it was in total 106,5 hours and i did not receive my 100k steel as promised.
The last twitch drops i did receive the steel but the time before that i did not even tho i streamed 80+ hours then.
I went through and checked some of the others streamers that DID receive the 100k steel and counted all of their hours and here are some of those:
Toetmined: 63,5 hours
Daddy_Law_69: around 49 hours
Kylarbyte: 40 hours
I know by far that each twitch drops i stream most out of every streamer.
I have contacted ubisoft support before and they have told me that "The 100K Steel for the streamers is provided directly by the developers after thoroughly checking the stream statistics via Twitch."
Then i wonder if you now check thoroughly on the stream statistics how come that you don't see that i put more time into it than anyone else?

I know this might seem like the sort of sitiuation where i come off as an asshole saying "I DeSeRvE iT GiVe iT tO mE" but theses sitiuations keep on happening between me and ubisoft. Not sure if i have done something or why it is only me that they are targeting and not get what is promised by ubisoft.
There has also been other incidents where during the warrior den live stream i have won the 100K steel there aswell 3 TIMES on seperate occasions and everytime ubisoft support just told me that it is a "visual bug" That i can get behind. But when i literally put 100+ hours in one single week playing this game so people can get their drops and ubisoft don't give the reward as promised it kind of feels like the devs are targeting me since all the other top 10 streamers got their steel.
There has also been another sitiuation where because of a bug i lost 10K steel. I reported it to ubisoft support and they said "We have forwarded this bug to the developers but we are unable to refund you the steel you lost"
I do not care about any attention i am just sick and tierd that ubisoft keeps doing this over and over to me. The 3 times during warrior den that they said it was a "visual bug" i don't care about, but when i put 100+ hours in a single week and bearly sleep so i can get the 100K steel and they don't give what is promised it really feels like a stab in the back. Especially since this is then SECOND time this has happened.
If any evidence is needed to back anything up i will be more than happy to give whatever is necessary.
I really try and love this game, i have 800+ reps, 5.600+ hours, and even a freaking centurion tattoo. But it is really hard when the devs keep on throwing me to the side over and over and not paying any attention to me or the playerbase.
I am really hoping that you guys, the for honor community will help me out, and hopefully the developers will do award what they promise.
