[2020] [PC] [Ubisoft Store]Purchased items not delivered

I just purchased Year 3 Pass because it was really cheap, when i tried to purchase it only showed me steam and steam wanted to charge me 30 instead of 10, so i went to the ubisoft store and purchased it there instead, before i purchased it said that i wouldnt get my items if i didnt own the game on ubisoft. I then checked my ubisoft client and saw that For Honor was in my library, and declared myself clear. But i guess not since i havent gotten my goods.

I can post a picture later to prove that i paid for the pass if needed.
