[2021] [Maintenance Alert] [PC] June 21st, 2021

Last week we ran into some technical difficulties with our 2.28.1 update, which resulted in the PC maintenance not completing.

We'll be running maintenance today for PC only to rectify this. Same notes as before, but here they are for quickness!
